Section access for dashboard

I have a excel with email ids and countries now how to implement the country wise section access  to that email ids 

Example 

Abc@.com        india

Xyz@.com.         Africa

Bcd@.com.        Us 

Abc@.com should only see  india related data   in dashboard 

Xyz@.com should only see Africa related data in dashboard

Please suggest me how to implement section access ??

Are you implementing section access on Qlik Sense Ent or Cloud ?
