Security changed mid day during a 30 day trial

I started a trial on 2/9 and everything was working just fine.  This morning I was able to see the management console and also see the data model from the app overview.  Now I don't see either.  Support asked me to log off, clear cache, and then log in a again.  I am now getting message that Something Went Wrong and to contact support.  They pointed me to this forum.

@KurtSchramm For two issues, please check here.

1. For Data model, Could be that someone modified the security rules from System Admin's to restrict more for end users? and, If that is published application that you want to see the Data model, it also connect to Rules.

2. I can see from your screenshot, That is not the QMC portal whereas that might be Mashup connected?

@Anil_Babu_Samineni - Thanks for the response.  I am the only user and I am using it for developing a prototype for a client and I have not made any changes to the security.  In the morning, I had the drop down available from the app to be able to see the model and I also had access to the QMC.  The view did "look" like a publish app feeling (drop down options) but this is app is in my personal space.  At some point, these went away.  Logging out and clearing cache as instructed, now leaves me where I cannot even get into the tenant anymore.  I feel like whoever fixes this would need access to my tenant and that this is 100% a environment issue and that it is somehow related to the fact that this is a trial.  Would welcome any more ideas!

@KurtSchramm Ah, OK. Not sure if you have access to console: https://yourtenantname.eu.qlikcloud.com/console/users/allusers 

What i can see after you logout you no more can access both Hub and console, and you are the only user + Administrator to this tenant. I would suggest to reach to Qlik support portal?
