We have an app in a Managed Space that does not show the "Share" option, located under the three dots that display the typical menu where you find "view data", "notes", "download" options on a visualization. The only user that is able to see the "Share" option is the user that published the app. Can someone help me determine which setting or steps we need to take to make the "Share" option available for any user that can access the Managed space app.
Thanks!
its an Admin property, Pls ask your admin/app creator to provide necessary privileges or tenant admin privileges so you can see those unavailable options.
Thanks for that. I am the admin/app creator but I cannot figure out what setting / privilege I need to turn on for this to be displayed.
oh i see. can you attach the screenshot of where exactly you'r looking?
Sure. The Share1 screenshot shows the three buttons on the visualizations that leads to the menu I'm referring to. Share2 shows you what I, the admin and app creator, can see when I click the three dots. Share3 shows you what a user of the app can see when they click on the three dots.
first thing i would do is create a new object and see if the issue still persists on that new object too.
I understand you are the creator of the app but am asking how about the security rules at app level access. you see them on the management console. you can see these security rules for the app you published in a stream. if you dont have the acces pls contact you QS Admin who manages the QSMC where they should be able to see all stream level rules, app levels rules etc.
