Speed lag question when opening qvw in Qlikview AccessPoint

Server 1 opens fine when I open qvw in AccessPoint.

However, on server 2, the same task does not open for a long time, and the CPU is high.

Why?
Which part should I check?

please reply.
Thanks & Regards.

1) Are the server specs the same on Server 1 and Server 2?

2) Do you have certain QlikView apps pinned to Server 2?

3) Check your Server Connections in the QMC>System>WebServer>Accesspoint>Server Connections in the QMC.

@qwebnm  Check the server connections in the QlikView Web Server to see if if you have Load Balancing set to 'CPU with RAM overload' or another setting. Also,, check in Documents>User Documents check the apps that are there in the Server>Performance tab to see if the Document Control setting if you have those dashboards set to 'Always on All Nodes' or 'Preload' or Customized. If you check the 'Preload' option for some of your bigger documents QlikView will preload these in memory and that should help performance.
