As a work around, you can create the expected expression in a text object and display below the chart...

Hi Ankit,
You can not have grand totals in a pivot table but you have workarounds or even go with an extension which can get your purpose. Check Qlikbranch if there is something which can full fill your requirement.
Thanks,
Sangram.

Create 2 expressions. Sum(Balance) and Avg(Rate). then in the pivot table properties/Presentation
Click in your first dimension to have it selected and then select "Show Partial Sums" and "Subtotals at Bottom"

Hi,
Not sure if its possible with a QS Pivot chart at the moment, but a workaround can be made.
Check this out QS pivot table : How to get totals at the bottom? This could provide more insight.

Umar
