Unable to connect to oracle db from cliq sense cloud free version
I am new to qlik. I am using Qlik sense cloud trial version. I have installed oracle 18c db in my local machine and am able to connect from sql developer. I have added system dsn in odbc datasource and also added entry in tnsnames.ora.
Still am getting error while connecting to oracle db.
Isnt it possible to connect to oracle db from Qlik sense cloud trial version?
The oracle instance is on your local machine, Qlik Sense Cloud is on the internet. If you want to connect from Qlik Sense Cloud to your local machine you need to make sure that your local machine is reachable from the internet. Your local machine must have a dns name and an ip address that can be reached from the internet.
