What is simple method for user to use Qlik Sense?

we are a company to provide software to clinic.

our user want to use BI to transfer their data, but in the clinic their have no IT.

so we need some advice that what is the best approach that we design the model to transfer data to our user's clinic in Qlik Sense.

Then they can just have simple move to use it.
