calculated field by searching

I'm trying to get a new column called hierarchy_title i.e the job titles of the hierarchy_Reports_To field from the first two columns but I'm not able to do so. Tried all sorts of joins but I didn't get it. Can anyone help?

Hi please elaborate on what exactly is the requirement, which column do you want to do get and fro where? Use data model or sample data for showcasing your requirement.
