I know this question was issued many times. This coding doesn't work:

=[Calendar.Year] = {$(=Year(today()))}

It will give the error message: "garbage after expression "2021". Please check also the attachment. How would you fix this naughty error?

       What are you trying to do? A measure? Dimension? A filter?
