All streams not visible

Dear all, I am new here. My colleague is trying to provide me the access but all the streams are not visible. Kindly help.

Hi,

The issue will be around your security rules. at a basic level there will normally be a single rule to access a single stream. These are highly customisable so could be different on your set up.
