Creating a Support Case

I was trying to create a case and it fails saying to contact the Community Administrator.  There are no details to seem to point to what the issue is.

It is still an issue. I am wondering if it is due to the fact that my email address is a Sirius email. We provide managed services support for Pekin.
I was trying to get information related to Qlik/Attunity Replicate and the required level/support for a z/OS 2.5 environment.
