How to have single value selected in a list box, but when the report is opened no value selected

Hello,

I know about the possibility to have only one selected value, by checking the option "Always one selected value" in the General tab. Sadly, but this option is available only when some value is selected.
After the report is re-opened this value will remain selected. 
I would like to have nothing selected when the report is opened and keep the only one selected value after the user start to select values from the list box.
Is it possible?
