Load Stop.

Hi Their:

I got a problem whereby as I load data into my Table-box, a window pops up stating ("OUT OF VIRTUAL AND/OR LOGICAL MEMORY, allocating 2MB).

Could someone explain to me what it means and what I can do to stop it from happening again.
