Message Post in Qlik Data Quality Community Not Available

Dear Qlik Forum Expert,

 
I have posted help message in Qlik Data Quality Forum but, somehow my colleagues can't accessed the link (http://bit.ly/2GbSjTZ) - refer screen-shot attached.  Just for your information, my colleagues has login with his own account the forum.

Not sure whether I am missing something.

Any advise will be appreciated.

This group is a closed group. I think they cannot get access to it because they are not part of the group. They would need to request to join. If you provide me with their user name I can check for you to verify they are not part of the group which would explain.

Thanks for your feedback.

I am not aware that the post is in closed group, I shall asked my
colleagues to contact admin (you) for permission join the group.
