When I make a connection with an app then generates the cache status an ERROR. How can we solve this?

could you be more specific, are you trying to access a Sense app or Qlikview application in your connection?

If you are getting it with Qlikview, check if the Qlikview Desktop version on your Nprinting server can access the document.
If you are getting the error with a Sense Connection, check if you can open the Sense Hub from a browser on the NP system, then open the app.
