license key Issues

Hi,

I have installed Qlikview server on Windows 8. Unfortunately server went off. Now we had to re install the qlikview server in the same environment when i am using license key it's saying 'Qlikview server doesn't have valid license key'.

Is there possibility to  reuse the key again?.

If you just replaced a server with another, I think this should be possible.
