I work in Peterborough/ work from Home. I have been involved in Claims for 7 years and have been with RSA for this duration. I started as a Claims Handler in Pet Claims, later taking on a role as Technical Claims Handler, then Pet Claims File reviewer. From there, I moved on to Claims Control as the Data Configuration and Analysis Consultant. I am the Caretaker of TEAMThink, and file review data/reporting for CFR and some elements of PDFR. I am the owner/Admin of Claims Analytics and TFR Sharepoint sites.
