I have spent more than 25 years in the BI industry. I started with Cognos in 1995 and spent years working in Customer Support, helping customers get the most out of their investment. Although I moved out of support years ago, I have always taken great pleasure from seeing customers achieve REAL value through the successful implementation and use of BI solutions.
