OnOpen trigger not working in Ajax

OnOpen triggers are applied in the application which should select the values passed through the URL. But OnOpen trigger is not getting applied when the application opens due to which the selections are not applied on the document and wrong data is displayed in the Dashboard.

this happens in Ajax mode . Does anyone have workaround for this.
