Qlik Sense vs Tableau
Hello,
My company is exploring its BI options. I have been asked by upper management to compare Qlik Sense to Tableau.
I am putting together a spreadsheet to compare the two. Can anyone provide me with information about Qlik Sense and why we should go with it over Tableau? Thanks for your help.
Michael

This is a excellent post on Qlik Sense by Henric Cronstrom.
- Qlik Sense is a tool for situations where you don’t want to pre-can so much. Instead you want the user to have the freedom to create a layout of his own and in it, new visualizations; charts that the developer couldn’t imagine that the user wants to see. You want Self-service data discovery, which means a much more active, modern, engaged user. In addition, Qlik Sense is much easier to use when you have a touch screen, and is adaptive to different screen sizes and form factors. On the whole, Qlik Sense is a much more modern tool.

I'm sure our sales team would love to talk to you about this and answer any specific questions you may have about Sense! You can find their number for your specific region by selecting "Contact Sales" at the bottom of the Qlik.com homepage. Or send me a direct message and I will make sure someone reaches out to you!

Hello Michael,
As Hailey has suggested the best way would be to talk to one of the Qlik's partners. It might be even that both platforms won't be suitable for your company. Have you considered QlikView as a possible choice?
If you have any further queries, feel free to ask.
Regards,
Janusz Twardziak
