The message below appear in one user computer (W8), I don't to found references for this message on Google, and never saw nothing like that before.
The user needs to click Cancel every time, and he is not happy
Someone know what it means? How to solve?
I presume the computer has touch screen.
If so then this is normal behaviour for Windows 8 and a touch screen.

I believe this is the problem:

In my case, the computer in question has no Touch Screen, but I believe maybe be a problem with Windows 8, I will to update the QV server to see if solve.
