is Document Chaining works in Qv 11.2 SR10...?

HI Folks,

We are working on  Qv 11.20 SR 10,  currently We are doing the Document Chaining as a part of Optimization technique..

but triggering from one app to another app in Access point ( Using IE ) is not Working Fine , We are unable to Chain the Documents..

Plz do the needful & and plz mention limitations/ Bugs of Qv11.2 SR10 on Document chaining..
