Link to download Governance dashboard

I am unable to locate the Governance dashboard download. I looked at <http://market.qlik.com/function/it/qlikview-governance-dashboard.html>, where it points to the partner site. The download there shows the Qlikview personal edition and not the governance dashboard. Can somebody help me with the link for download?

I can get it from here, and despite the misleading url name, it is the right url.

I suspect you need to be logged in as either a customer or partner.
