Access point is asking some users to sign in twice. After they enter login credentials, click “Dashboard” icon, the screen does an animation, and then it asks to enter login credentials again. This is happening in both IE 11 and Chrome.
Make sure the QlikView and QvAjaxZfc virtual folders are set to Windows Authentication enabled and Anonymous Authentication is set to Disable.
