Split records by predefined time ranges

Hi all,

i would like to split records by predefined time ranges. I got two tables, one for the time ranges and one for the actions:

Every time a record overlaps one or more time ranges, new ranges should be created:

ID_NEW	StartTime	EndTime
1_1	05:37	08:00
1_2	08:01	09:10
2_1	08:45	12:00
2_2	12:01	12:15
