How to solve this problem? And what is that?

qv11 is not your hostname.
Give correct hostname. It should fix the issue.

Can you open CMD prompt and type hostname.

Replace lab12 with your server name and these will work.
To get ticket use:
http://lab12/QvAjaxZfc/GetWebTicket.aspx?cmd=<Global method="GetWebTicket"><UserId>lab12\User1</UserId></Global>
The put the ticket from above into the below (replace what is in red) and this will open accesspoint.

BTW have to tried creating the webticket and also have already added your IP as trusted IP in settings?
