BookMarks in Qlikview

Couple of queries in Bookmarks:-

(1) How to share the bookmarks to other users.

    I have seen in Add BookMark, Share Bookmark with Other Users [But it is always disabled].

(2). While releasing a new version of Dashboard, how to retain individuals bookmarks if we override the new version.

Hello Gysbert - Thanks for your quick turnaround.

Whether both of my queries can be resolved by selecting this below option. Please confirm.

Allow Server Objects,

                              Allow Anonymous Server Bookmarks

The option Allow Server Objects is necessary to allow users to create bookmarks. These will be stored in a .shared file. If you do not delete this .shared file then the user bookmarks will not be removed by a new release of your qlikview document.

But one QQ, Even if i change the version of the document from

EndUserCustDashboardV5.1.qvw was the earlier one.

Few users have their local bookmarks.

Now i migrated to EndUserCustDashboardV5.2.qvw.

Still i can able to restore the bookmarks for the business users.

You created a document with a different name. But you didn't rename its .shared file.
