Using "normal" WHERE clause in DataMarket extraction

I've posted the same question in "DataMarket" forum (Using "normal" WHERE clause in DataMarket extraction‌), but just want to do it here as well since it is definitely more popular assembly...

Will appreciate any suggestions or references how to optimize my data load and use more readable and flexible Where Clauses.
