I have to join(2 columns) like below how can i achieve this
EXP_COST_ACCOUNT_CD=EXP_COST_ACCOUNT_CD and
"EXP_COST_SUBCATEGORY_CD"="EXP_COST_SUBCATEGORY_CD"

You can make a key in both tables like
EXP_COST_ACCOUNT_CD + EXP_COST_SUBCATEGORY_CD as MyKeyForJoin
And than join!
