Hi,
when I start Qlik Sense Desktop I obtain a white page but the Hub doesn't start.
I open the application by "Start" menù of my computer and the result is attached.
Hi, which SR of the 3.1 version are you using? Try to Install the 3.1.5 because I think it's a bug from the 3.1.2. Have a look to the following link:

It happens some times when the services won't start correctly.
close the application and try with the icon on your desktop.
Is not so simple I have already tryed
I find re-opening doesn't work for me as i get the same issue each time.
The solution that works best for me when this happens is...
wait for about 30 seconds and press F5 to refresh the screen
I generally recommend using Qlik Sense Desktop in the browser rather than in the client.
1. Run the Qlik Sense Desktop Client
2. Once it launched and you logged-in, open http://localhost:4848/hub in your browser (Chrome recommended).
some time it will take more for open the application. wait 2 to 3 mins
