"Create new Oracle OLE DB connection" fails

I am able to connect to Oracle using ODBC from Qlik Sense Server  and am now trying to connect via the Oracle Provider OLE DB

After I enter the credentials the Test connection fails. I have tried this on another machine and it works.

Any ideas  how I can get this working?

Did you get any information on this, we are also facing same problem.
