Qlik Sense via Mobile Device - The following user is not authenticated

Hi All,

I have two users :

1. qlik-admin
2. administrator

The 'qlik-admin' is able to get into Sense Hub and can access the dashboard via mobile device,

but the user 'administrator' is not able to get into and encountered with the following message  :

" The following user is not authenticated "

License is allocated to both users.

i have check done all the needful but still unable to solve it.

Are they both local users or domain users? Which authentication method do you use?
