Server objects are not documents (QVW files) but those objects (Sheets, Reports, Bookmarks, Charts) created by users using a client (Desktop -> Open in Server, Ajax, IE Plugin). To use these objects you need the Enterprise Edition license in your Server. If this is the license, the documents appear in the Accespoint but users cannot create shared objects then
- first check that the document allows server objects in the Settings menu, Document properties, Server, Allow Server Objects,
- and second in the QEMC System, Setup, QlikView Servers, Documents, Allow Server Documents.
If you can see the Accesspoint but it does not show your documents, I'd rather see a root folder or permissions issue. To check that the root folder is where the QVW files are, go to the QEMC, System, Setup, QlikView Servers, Folders. Make sure the same folder is not Root and Mounted at the same time.
To check permissions right click on the folder of the Server where the files are and check the Security tab.
