hi Sandra,

Attach is  a sample file for exporting to excel using macro. You can schdule the file using in windows scheduler .

You can input the date of a month on which it should export the file.

A tigger has been set on the postreload method.

You can use publisher or software like Npriting to do this job.

Let me knw if you have any queries on the same.

Hi Deepak,

You said "Attach is  a sample file for exporting to excel using macro. " !?!

Can you be more Explicit, please. I never did such kind of requirements.

They don't have publisher or Nprinting.

Thanks once again.

hi vinay,

On post reload event , you can call this macro. but this will not work with server. You have to schedule you reload through batch file. You can set the path inside the macro where the excel file need to be saved.

Else you can use Nprinting which is a third party tool.  It has some easy way of scheduling the reports to excel and pdf.

I had never tried with publisher. I have either use batch file load and then run the macro or I have used Nprinting
