Wrong total in pivot table

I have an pivot table with this value. In the column "if sum" i want to display sumA if is >=1 or sumB if is <=0.

When i collapse the dimension Agent or Customer the sub total is wrong. It do the total of the total of sum a or sum b and not the total of the colum "if sum"

how can i do?

AGENTcustomerSUM(A)SUM(B)if sum
Agent1customerA077
Agent1customeG01010
Agent1customeL9109
Agent1customeR5105
Agent2customeB5105
Agent2customeF5105
Totale
245741

Can you tell me the data input? data displayed in the pivot without collapse?then after collapse?

On observing your table is it returns 14 for Agent1 on collapsing Agent1?

the value for total are 41 with collapse and 24 when i see the total for the uncollapse dimension

such as 14 agent1 and 10 agent2.

i would optain 31 for agent1 (14 from sum1 and 17 from sum b) and 10 for agent2

now with the expression if(sum A >=, sum(A), sum (b)) i return me a wrong result if i uncollapse the dimension
