possible to merge cells in qlikview like in excel?

do you know if it is possible to merge 2 or 3 cells of a chart table in QV? like in excel

like this:

i want to merge the field "occurrence" (three cells), occurrence shall include the Sales 1, Sales 2 and Sales 3 columns (in this case will be calculated columns)

It's impossible to do it the way that you're thinking.

On the other hand, it's not hard to create a text box that says 'Occurrence', formatted to look like a cell, and put it next to your table as a label.

It is not possible...  but depending on what your chart means, maybe the attached example can help.
