Unable to get Salesforce data from QlikView

Hi Can someone help me with following issue,

I am able to connect from QlikView Server 11.20 SR13. But i am not able to read any data. All the extractions are blank.

Any idea which port i need to open for data communication?

I have no issue from my workstation. All is good. So this is not a firewall issue.

I have founder work around. On the QlikView Server i am using 64 bit Sales force connector.

The new connector ask for proxy information. Soon as i enter the proxy information i am able to access data from Sales Force. I am testing to see if the app runs when schedules using to the new sales force connector.
