Question : Chosen value not affect other tables

Hi All,

Please refer to my attached image. I had built a data model and want to draft some charts.

In the first chart, I didn't filter anything and the chart shows the meeting count of each staff with their respected sales amount in year of 2010 and 2011.

Now, I would like to show the same chart with ALL STAFFS but only shown their Year 2011 Sales Amount. But after I put filter on sales amount, QlikView filtered out those staffs who do not have sales in 2011, which is not what I want.

So, does anyone has any suggestion to achieve this?

I tried to use SET ANALYSIS but seems like it does not allow multiple selections.

Thanks

In the Dimensions tab of Chart Properties check 'Show All Values'

In the Presentation tab, uncheck 'Suppress Zero-Values' and 'Suppress Missing'

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure if I understood your requirement.

Do you want to filter the sales of 2011 but show all staff? They would have 0 as result, right?

If I got it, then you don't need to change the expressions, but only the chart settings.

You need to uncheck the 'supress zeros' on the presentation tab.

You may also have to check the show all values on the dimensions tab.

Please, check my attachment.
