Flip Y Axis

I need to flip the Y axis in the chart below so it goes from 80 at the bottom and 0 at the top.

Seems like it should be easy but I haven't found an easy answers.

I'm using the same type of formula for a chart showing rank and this has solved the 0 at the top problem.  Is there a away to get the negative numbers on the rest of the axis to show as positives i.e. 20 rather than -20 etc?
