Issue with Generating the Logfile!

Hi All

One of the QVW file when I try to refresh through QEMC. It is not getting refreshed and also it is not generating the logfile though "Generate Logfile" option is chossen in the General Settings-->Document Properties-->General Tab.

I want to investigate why this file is not getting refreshed but as it is not generating the logfile I am not able to find out what could be the issue.

Can someone please help me out this.

Hi All

When I am trying to reload locally it is successful and also it is generating the logfile. But when I am trying to reload through QEMC it is not getting refreshed and also it is not generating the logfile.

Strange! Can someone please help me out for this.

Do you have section access in the document? Do you have Publisher account added as ADMIN in the section access?

Do you have any "On Open" trigger on the document?

If all looks fine, check your Windows event logs and see if QV.exe is being terminated for some reason, or other alerts / errors.

You should be able to check the task log from QEMC, that should give you an idea of what's happening.

go to QEMC

and check weither reload option is checked while creating the task for your application.

if not then check and appply

and reload now

close all QV.exe from task manager and then try ones again.
