Hello,
I had 4 Doc CALs assigned on a QV Document.
I have since this time developed a new version of this Qlikview model and replaced it in the Accesspoint folder.
Now in the Entreprise Management Console, I see my Qlikview document duplicated.
The 4 document CALs are assigned on the first version, and none on the new version.
I cannot delete those: I get an error : "Failed To Set Document Metadata"
In other words 4 doc CALs are assigned to a "ghost" document that I cannot reassign to the new version.

Found the fix:
Stopped all QV services
Deleted PGO
Restarted all QV services

Can I asked what version are you running?
