I am getting a negative sign displayed in front of zeros e.g (-0). How do I remove the negative sign, any idea why it is showing this behavior?. See attached.
Could it be in the negative by decimal?
Explain please
To verify my theory, I'd first go into my numbering layout for this column and change it to show decimal point.
The true value could be -0.01%, making it in the negative although you're only showing the whole number.
I could be wrong but you said any idea why it is showing this behavior, might be worth checking.
You are right, I have it in the number tab as fixed, format pattern :
#,##0% . if I change it to number and pattern as
####,###%
then it shows -0.138036. I really don't want to show that lengthI think I figured it out now. I used the number format and used precision 2 and the pattern as ##%. Although the preview shows as 3.6e+006%, but my chart looks ok as it is not displaying that way. Thanks again for the quick response
