Multiple Language/ Translater

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the "QV Language Translator". The application I am currently working on has a requirement to support multiple Language (English/Spanish).

I tried to search for an app on the community but all the links are broken. Can someone share a QV Application which demonstrates the idea.
