A user has used a production server licence to open a QV document in the production server.
The next day, they have then leased a licence from the production server in order to work on the test server.
However, when they return to the production server, they cannot open any QV documents in the client edition of QlikView and can only view in Personal edition.
They can open documents in Access Point.
How can this issue be resolved? The developer needs to go into production to view the original document - they then move it to the test server to work on it.
You should not be able to lease a license from a test server. Once you lease a license it should be good for 30 days. What version of Qlikview are you running?
