i tried creating task in QMC to publish the document to server and i have selected 'document download' option also in QMC.
but also am not getting any option to download.
can anyone help me?
You have to mark it for download.
You have to mark it for download.
Once this is done, where can users find the command? There used to be a little blue down arrow toward the top-right corner of the report's tile on the AccessPoint.
Sorry, I should have double check this after I posted it. I did try to put up an image that show this in the accesspoint but it didn''t take. See Below..
That appears to be the link to download the IE ActiveX plugin. Where do users go to download QVDs in the AccessPoint?
There is no way to download a QVD from the AccessPoint. If you are talking about downloading the QVW's you have to enable that under the document property in the QEMC.

Sorry, yes I meant QVWs.
Right, and your first screen shot shows that. Once enabled, how do users actually retrieve a file from the AccessPoint? Of course you can grant rights to the underlying file server, but keeping all access in the AccessPoint is helpful for less technical user.
The download you are seeing is the default Browner setting. What you are looking for is under the Document>User Document tab in QEMC. You will have to click on the document and set download under Availability. This has to be done for each document.
Yep, as illustrated in your first post, in the QMC under Documents | (file name) | Server | Availability the "Download Document" box is checked. The familiar blue down arrow from QV10 does not appear in the QV11 AccessPoint. Was it moved in QV11, or was the feature removed entirely?
I think you will find that the AccessPoint GUI has changed in version 11. You have to click "view details" to see the options.
