I assume that the management consol or some log files holds data about how often users have accessed qlikview documents via the web. How can i caputure/access these stats so that I can then develop a report to show users/managment who is and isn't using the documents.
we are struggling to get users engaged in the project and using the documents and believe this would be a way to stimulate change.
Any help would be really appreciated

Hi, Simon.
Have you got the Ops Monitor app installed. If not you can get it from:
http://community.qlik.com/message/48917#48917
This may give you sufficient information for you to develop a dashboard.
Cheers,
Neil
You can user System monitor 4.1 to get those information.
Hi Neil
Thanks, for the link, it has proved very useful. I’m not very technical/skilled but I have managed to point the app at the appropriate files and generate some results. (I did need to comment out a field (Experienced Performance) in the sessions data. If anyone knows why this was necessary it would be good to know.
Thanks again
Simon

Hi Vegar
Thanks for the comments. I have downloaded the Governace Dashboard. At present I am unable to install it properly. I think that out IT administrators may not have given me sufficient permissions over the server. We will explore this later. For the present the app suggested by Neil seems to work and provides useful data.
Thanks
Simon

Hi Karthikeyan
Thanks for the comments. I don’t know anything about system monitor 4.1. What is it & where do I get it?
Meanwhile you will see from other comments that I have found at least one app that does the job.
Thanks
Simon
