After upgrading my browser the option to load an app in the plugin is gone. I only have Full Browser Version and Small Device version available from the "view details" option on the access point.
I have uninstalled, re-installed, rebooted all that non-sense.
The plugin is visible in the manage addons section of IE. I can open the app in the desktop using "open in server" and it says its using the Plugin...however I cannot do the same in the browser.

I have checked with the Qliktech support. The compatibility issues will be addressed in the next qlikview 11.2 sr release.. itseems. so till then i suggest you downgrade your browser to IE10 or IE9.. for that matter.
Aadil is correct,
QlikView 11.20 SR5 will be the first version to officially support IE 11. You have to either downgrade to IE 10 or use the Ajax client only.
If you are basing your deployments on QlikView Plugin, make sure you disable automatic updates for IE, as Windows and QlikView do not upgrade at the same time and this may happen again in the future.
