I tried, but it has not run OK yet. Are there anything wrong with my OS? (XP)
have you made an upgrade from 8.5 to 9, or a downgrade from 9 to 8.5?
No, there is only QVS 7.0 on my computer. I have not install 8.5 or 9.0.
what publisher version are you running with this QVS?
publisher 8.0
If I didn't install QVS, could Publisher run alone?
yes, publisher version 8 is not dependent on the QVS.
The most common reason for this is something else is using port 8081. Are you running McAfee antivirus?
