QVD generator loads when required tables get loaded

Hello Everyone,

I need help in loading the QVD generator although the source tables loaded at the back end , i.e i have a back end database in which tables get pushed in the morning some times it took a long time to complete due to which QVD generator application failed because the data was still running , the client needs a solution for this issue as there are 2 main tables and they want if those table get loaded the QVD generator loads and the QV applications , is there any way to do this.

I guess you have to set some kind of trigger in the DB itself on completetion of the data load( at the backend), and the trigger result should be captured somewhere in the DB as a flag. Then in QlikView check that flag before executing your extraction.
