Actuallity we have 35 aplications with your user and licences apply, and some time the server lost all licens assigned.

If you are talking about the number of users that are assigned, even If they got deleted fro some reason as an immediate solution you can enable "Allow dynamic CAL assignment" under General tab of CAL's.

It happens sometime when your .PGO and .META are corrupted.
I suggest you to take backup of the mentioned files and delete them and then reassign cals.
Hopefully this will resolve your problem.
